Industrial pitched roof insulation under the bearing construction with Eurothane AL (thickness > 60 mm)

The thermal insulation of the façade will be realised by a board of rigid Polyurethane foam (Eurothane AL) with a core volume weight of ± 30 kg/m³.
Reaction to fire: Euroclass F according to EN 13501-1.

The boards will be equipped on either side with a gold-coloured kraft aluminium laminate with PE-foil and a double aluminium coating with a total thickness of 14 micron. The side which is not intended to be seen will be marked.

The board are subject to a permanent quality control conducted by an acknowledged institute.

The production of the insulation boards is certified according to the ISO 9001:2000 standards.

The declared thermal conductivity coefficient D = 0,025 W/mK.

The width of the board is 1200 mm. The length depends on the dimensions of the building (max. 12 m).

The maximum distance between the seakers may maximally be 1350 mm.

The instructions of the manufacturer should be followed during the installation of the boards. The nails or screws, provided with a washer, have to penetrate the seakers at least 30 mm.
