Industrial pitched roof insulation on supporting structure with Eurothane AL

The thermal insulation will be realised by a board of rigid polyurethane foam (Eurothane AL) with a core volume weight of ± 30 kg/m³.

Either a) With an insulation thickness of < 60 mm
The boards will be equipped on both sides with a gold-coloured kraft aluminium laminate with PE-foil and an alu-facing with a 9 micron thickness. The side which is not intended to be seen will be marked.

The declared thermal conductivity coefficient D = 0,028 W/mK.

Or b) With an insulation thickness > 60 mm
The boards will be equipped on either side with a double gold-coloured kraft aluminium laminate with PE - foil and a double aluminium coating of a total thickness of 14 micron.

The declared thermal conductivity coefficient D = 0,025 W/mK.

The boards will have been subjected to a permanent quality control conducted by an acknowledged institute.The production of the insulation boards is certified according to the ISO 9001:2000 standards.

The width of the boards is 1200 mm. The length will be determined dependent on the dimensions of the building (max. 12 m). The boards will be rebated on the longitudinal side.

The maximum distance between the seakers will be 1350 mm.

The seams of the boards will be finished on the upper side by means of a waterproof aluminium adhesive tape. The seam finishing on the under side (the sight side) will be realised by means of a matching Z-profile.

The instructions of the manufacturer will have to be followed when installing the boards.
