Industrial pitched roof beneath the bearing construction with EUROTHANE AL (thickness < 60 mm)

The thermal insulation of the façade will be realised by a board of rigid Polyurethane foam (Eurothane AL) with a core volume weight of ± 30 kg/m³.

The boards are faced on either side with a pink-coloured kraft aluminium laminate with aluminium coating and a total thickness of 9 micron. The side which is not intended to be seen will be marked.

The boards are subject to a permanent quality control conducted by a certified institute.

The production of the insulation boards is certified according to the ISO 9001:2000 standards.

The declared thermal conductivity coefficient D = 0,028 W/mK.

The width of the board is 1200 mm. The length depends on the dimensions of the building (max. 12 m).

The maximum distance between the seakers may at most be 1350 mm.

The instructions of the manufacturer should be followed during the installation of the boards. The nails or screws, provided with a washer, have to penetrate the seakers at least 30 mm.
