Description

EUROTHANE Bi-3A is an insulation board with a core of rigid polyurethane foam with lengthways varying thicknesses. This board is faced on both sides with a bituminous glass fleece.

- Thermal conductivityD-value: according to EN 12667:
- for thicknesses < 60mm: 0,028 W/mK
- for thicknesses > 60mm: 0,027 W/mK
- Core volume weight:

Mechanical performance

- Compressive strength with 10% deformation: CS (10/Y)120 according to EN 826 > 120 kPa (1,2 kg/cm²)
- Performance under the influence of an equally distributed load: UEAtc class C
-Transformation under the influence of a load: DLT(2)5 according to EN 1605: 40 kPa, at 70°C during 168 hours: < 5%

Vapour diffusion resistance number µ of the PURfoam: 50-100

Facing

Bituminous glass fleece of approx. 400g/m²

Tensile strength perpendicular to surface: TR80 according to EN1607: > 80kPa

Long-term water absorption: WL(T)2 according to EN 12087 < 2%

Fire behaviour:

- Euroclass F according to EN 13501-1

Dimensional stability: DS(TH)8

according to EN 1604
- Humidity test 48-hours: 70°C, 90% RH
- Change in length: < 2%
- Change in width: < 2%
- Change in thickness: < 6%

Applications

- Creating insulation and slope during new construction and renovation of flat roofs.
- Creating adverse slopes at roof edges.

Remarks

- Dry system: no introduction of damp between existing and new roofing.
-The additional weight is reduced to a minimum.
