Pitched roof insulation under the supporting structure by means of profiles with POWERLINE.

Powerline is a CFC and HCFC-free thermal insulation board of rigid polyisocyanurate foam (TAUFOAM by Recticel). The board has an enhanced fire behaviour achieving Class 1 Rating to BS 476, Part 7 and an A1 Reaction to Fire to NBN S21-203.

The boards have embossed aluminium foil facings, thickness 50 micron. The visible surface has a white lacquer facing whilst the reverse is silver coloured.

The boards are subjected to constant quality control audited by an acknowledged independent test institute.

The production of the boards is certified according to the BS EN ISO 9001: 2000.

The declared thermal conductivity, D = 0.024 W/mK.

The width of the boards is 1200 mm; the standard length is 2400 mm (other lengths are available subject to order max. 5 m).

The maximum distance between the purlins is 1250 mm.

Fixing of the PVC profiles to the supporting construction needs to be done by means of metal brackets in Aluzinc which reach over the profiles.

The manufacturer's instruction should be followed during the installation of the boards.

The following dimensions have to be used:
