Job description

• You perfectly understand business DIY markets & products, trends & actual and future requirements and share it throughout the company 　
• You design and implement business plans and strategies to achieve goals and long term profitability throughout the Division and Sales Organisations 　
• You ensure that Recticel has the adequate and suitable resources to achieve DIY profitability goals, responsible of- & reports profits and losses, efficiency, and improvements　
• You represent the company in events, conferences & symposiums, etc, develop & maintain long lasting relationships with all stakeholders　
• You ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines　

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business development preferred　
• 3-5 years experience in business role and people management in DIY　
• Expertise in business analysis – Proven numerical aptitude and strong analytical skills　
• Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Excell & Powerpoint, familiarity with ERP & CRM　
• Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills 　
• Excellent knowledge French and English, German is a plus　
• Business and profit minded with strong proposal capacities & commitment to continuous improvement
