As Marketing Assistant you are in charge of planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company’s brands, products and services, with a primary focus onlead generation and inbound marketing,
This includes planning and setting up campaigns, content marketing activities, media planning & PR, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends.

Your responsibilities:

• Developing a content marketing plan for specific target groups and content platforms (online & offline distribution channels), working closely with Sales, Technical Management and customers.
• The execution and the follow-up of the plan to convert Marketing Qualified Leads into Sales Qualified Leads in the B2B construction market.
• Prioritizing on the sales support & sales activation activities together with the commercial director. Building a network with key customers.

Profile

Education level & general experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
• Min. 3 year experience in marketing, ideally in the construction sector.

Technical knowledge/ expertise:

• Experience within inbound marketing, PR or communications role is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of content marketing
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software
• Understanding of advanced marketing principles.
• Strong commercial feeling

You are willing to travel on a regular basis (at least once every 2 months)
