The customer service department needs to act as a close partner to sales and is the first contact to customers.

You interact with our customers :

- to provide and process information on time in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services

- to capture information, including how the customer operates and where it is headed in the future - as such, give Recticel new insight

- to develop additional sales

- to deliver a personalized and proactive experience.

You bring your team to the next level.

You participate in and lead projects to optimize the internal processes.

You are the driving force in our digitalization.traject to be ready for the future challenges of the customer services department.

You build bridges between the different departments.

Profile

• Bachelor with some years of experience in a simular role in an international environment
• Excellent peoplemanagement and project management skills.
• Thorough knowledge of SAP
• Languages: Dutch, French and English
• Stressresistant
• Commercial and administrative attitude
