Job description
· Je staat in voor een professioneel en vriendelijk klantenonthaal· Je bent verantwoordelijk voor order handling en debiteurenopvolging
· Je zorgt voor de controle van zendnota’s voor facturatie
· Je maakt credit- en debetnota’s
· Je zorgt voor de opvolging van klachten & werven
· Je biedt sales ondersteuning waar nodig
Profiel
· Je beschikt over een opleiding A2 niveau (handel of economie) met ervaring of bachelorniveau.· Talenkennis : N, F en E. Bijkomende talen zijn een pluspunt.
· Je bent commercieel en administratief ingesteld.
· Je hebt kennis van MsOffice.
· Kennis van SAP is een pluspunt.
· Een eerste ervaring in een commerciële binnendienst is welkom, maar niet noodzakelijk
