Discover Eurothane Loft
Eurothane® Loft bonds a rigid PIR insulation core to an OSB face, so one board gives you loft insulation, a safe walkway and usable storage without stacking products or losing headroom.
Most lofts are doing one job when they could do three.
Left as bare joists and loose-fill insulation, a loft insulates, badly, and nothing else. Boarding it flat with chipboard solves storage but crushes the insulation underneath and creates a cold bridge across every joist. Neither approach gives you a genuinely safe surface to stand on.
Eurothane Loft is built to close that gap: a PIR core sized to sit within the joist depth, faced with OSB strong enough to walk and store on, in boards sized to get through the hatch you've already got.
What the board is actually doing underfoot.
Walkway
Somewhere safe to actually stand
The OSB face spreads load across the joists and gives a firm, walkable surface for accessing tanks, cabling and the loft hatch itself — instead of balancing on joist edges.
Insulation
Thermal performance built in
The rigid PIR core does the insulating, at λ = 0.022 W/mK, so you're not adding a separate layer of loose-fill or slab insulation underneath a deck — it's one board, one install.
Storage
A floor that can take the boxes
Once laid, the boarded area becomes usable storage without the risk of ceiling damage below — reclaiming space that would otherwise sit empty above the insulation line.
