How to insulate with Deck-VQ®?
We’ve put a great deal of thought into making the installation of Deck-VQ® as straightforward and convenient for you as possible. Modular sizes are based on standard flat roof sizes. The entire process is made easy by our tailor-made designs. That way, we make sure it fits before it even arrives onsite.
To install, simply follow these easy instructions:
- Utilise Deck-VQ® 1200 x 600 mm and 600 x 600 mm boards in a taggered brick block design.
- Use smaller Deck-VQ® boards to cover as much of the area as possible.
- Finish the roof area with PIR (perimeter and infill).
Our Deck-VQ® VIPs are compatible with adhered single ply membranes and bituminous systems. Please review the membrane manufacturers installation details.
The envelope of the vacuum insulation panel must not be damaged by drilling, milling, nailing… Handle with care!
