HSE Manager Insulation Boards Division

Your will:

 

 

• Take functional lead over the local HSE managers in the European plants
• Translate the HSE vision and ambition into functional strategy and roadmap. 
• Complete root cause analysis of operational / compliance issues or accidents and ensure a corrective action plan is put in place.
• Manage assigned HSE projects and intervene in company-wide projects as a HSE subject matter expert.
• Build and maintain a network with internal and external stakeholders, including authorities, regulatory bodies, HSE experts …

Your profile

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Technical HSE expert with communication skills
• Good knowledge of specific legislation for SEVESO plants such as process safety, emergency plans, HAZOPs etc.
  • storage and manipulation of hazardous substances
  • gas- and dust explosion risks (ATEX)
  • fire hazard (preventive measures, equipment, contaminated water)
• Able to analyze and synthesize complex HSE topics
• Good prioritization skills
• Ability to mobilize teams
• Fluent in English
• Willing to travel
