Assistant projects & investments

Job description

• You are responsible for purchasing processes for investment & maintenance projects, from the creation of purchase requests to the follow up of invoicing.  
• Monthly reporting of the ongoing investments budgets for the insulation plants.
• General administration and managing technical documentation for the projects and investments department.
• Key user for maintenance management software (ULTIMO) to give first line support and escalate with supplier when needed. Create work instructions and standard procedures for system.
• Support maintenance teams to keep data up-to-date (equipment structure, spare parts, master data, etc.)

Profile

• You have a strong affinity with IT, configuration and databases. You have a solid knowledge of MS Office package.
• High accuracy level in reporting and data input.
• You have communication and analytical skills.
• You are flexible and dare to take initiative. 
• You have technical insight and the ability to understand technical information.  
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English required.
